1. 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee
GitMind offers a voluntary 30-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee for a GitMind Pro one-time license. Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will request the refund through Polar without requiring a reason.
This is our voluntary baseline, not an absolute limit on remedies. Refunds may also be available where required by applicable law, card-network rules, or a decision made by Polar as merchant of record.
2. Polar and GitMind roles
Polar’s Buyer Terms and Conditions govern the checkout transaction. Polar is GitMind’s authorised reseller and merchant of record. Polar handles payment, applicable taxes, invoices, and payment refunds; GitMind supplies the software license and handles product and technical support.
Where Polar issues a full refund, the related GitMind license is revoked. A partial refund does not automatically revoke access.
3. Requesting a refund
Contact GitMind support with the purchase email address and Polar order reference if available. We will help with the product and submit or direct the request to Polar. Polar processes any payment refund to the original payment method under its checkout terms and procedures.
Do not send payment-card details to GitMind. Polar provides the official invoice and receipt for the order.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. This policy does not make a separate withdrawal-waiver assertion for digital content; the terms and disclosures shown by Polar at checkout apply to the payment transaction.
